中国正站在WTO的门槛上。加入WTO后,中国经济将与世界经济全面接轨,并将参与经济全球化进程。同时,中国经济也要接受WTO规则的矫正。加入WTO对中国政府管理体制、宏观调控能力及企业、行业的国际竞争力和产业结构升级构成挑战。中国将以迎接挑战为契机,加快改革开放步伐,为21世纪中国经济的腾飞提供良好的制度基础和法律保障。 这些机遇、挑战和变化无疑都会反映到媒体的日常报道中。本刊推出的“‘入世’后经济报道剖析与对策”专题,旨在探索加入WTO后经济报道面临的新情况、新态势,研究新形势下的新做法、新问题,并提出相应对策。
China is standing on the threshold of WTO. After joining the WTO, China’s economy will fully integrate with the world economy and will participate in the process of economic globalization. At the same time, China’s economy should also accept the revision of the WTO rules. Accession to the WTO poses challenges to the Chinese government’s management system, macro-control capabilities, as well as the international competitiveness of enterprises and industries and the upgrading of industrial structure. China will, taking the challenge as a turning point, speed up the pace of reform and opening up and provide a sound system foundation and legal guarantee for the economic take-off in the 21st century. These opportunities, challenges and changes are undoubtedly reflected in the daily media coverage. This issue of “The Analysis and Countermeasures of Economic Reports after WTO Accession” aims at exploring new situations and new trends in economic reporting after the accession to the WTO, studying new practices and new problems in the new situation and putting forward corresponding countermeasures.
