患者男性,39岁,农民。因枕部包块39年于1999年1月27日入院。患者出生后即发现枕部有一玉米粒大包块,随生长发育包块逐渐长大,因经济困难未就医。近两年来包块生长迅速,要求手术治疗而入院。查体:头颅右枕部有一半球形包块,大小约12cm×14cm×8cm,基底部约6cm×7cm(附图)。包块表面光滑,皮肤颜色、毛发正常,质软,有波动感,透光试验阴性。基底部未触及颅骨缺损。心、肺、腹部及神经系统检查未见异常。头颅X线片:枕部颅外
