过去三年作者已作了几百例放射性核素食道图(radionuclide esophagogram RNE)以评价各类食道疾病。本检查巳证明是诊断、随访若干食道疾病的有效方法。本文着重讨论闪烁扫描图(功能和形态)及某些常见食道疾病的病理生理学。方法病人禁食4~6小时后进行RNE,直立在低能全效准直器的大视野探头前,闪烁相机与计算机相连,病人的体位便于探头在同一视野清晰见到口咽、整段食道和胃底。吞咽稀释在10~20ml水中的0.5~1.0mCi~(99m)Tc-硫化胶体(~(99m)Tc-SC)弹丸后,0.5秒一帧连续显象2分钟,放射性核素弹丸在食道的通过时间记录和储存于磁盘内,并以2秒一帧连续显象
In the past three years, the authors have made hundreds of radionuclide esophagogram (RNE) to evaluate various types of esophageal diseases. This test has proven to be an effective method of diagnosis and follow-up of several esophageal diseases. This article focuses on the scintigraphy (function and morphology) and the pathophysiology of some common esophageal diseases.
