悬铃木的风媒花粉是春季主要的上呼吸道过敏病症的诱发因素之一。已被鉴定出的致敏原蛋白包括Pla a1(Platanus allergen 1)、Pla a2和Pla a3三种。和其他花粉蛋白一样,悬铃木花粉变应原蛋白能够吸附于细颗粒物上,并通过呼吸道进入人体而引发过敏反应。但是,对于悬铃木花粉细胞内部的这些致敏原蛋白的释放方式和过程却缺乏相应的细致观测和研究。因此,该研究主要通过建立快速简便的检测方法和分析不同处理方式对悬铃木花粉中内容物释放的影响,以确定悬铃木花粉致敏原的释放方式和条件,为花粉过敏机制的相关研究积累数据。
The aerial pollen of Platanus is one of the predominant inducing factors of upper respiratory allergy in spring. Allergen proteins that have been identified include Pla a1 (Platanus allergen 1), Pla a2 and Pla a3. Like other pollen proteins, the allergen protein of Platanus pollen allergens can adsorb on fine particles and enter the body through the respiratory tract to trigger an allergic reaction. However, there is a lack of careful observation and research on the release patterns and processes of these allergenic proteins in Platycladus orientalis pollen cells. Therefore, this study mainly through the establishment of quick and easy detection methods and analysis of different treatments on the release of Platycladus orientalis pollen content in order to determine the release of Platanus pollen allergens release mode and conditions for the accumulation of pollen allergy data related research.
