目的:研究分化抑制因子1(inhibitor of DNAbinding and/or differentiation-1,Id-1)蛋白在人类肿瘤中的表达水平,以及与人类肿瘤增殖、侵袭和转移等恶性生物学行为的关系。方法:中国知识资源总库CNKI系列数据库从1979-2008年全文中出现“Id-1”和“癌”的文献共25 318篇,中国医院知识仓库总库中从1994-2008年全文中出现“Id-1”和“癌”的文献共15 212篇,西文生物医学期刊文献数据库从1995-2008年以“Id-1”为自由词共检得外文文献129篇,PubMed数据库中迄今包含“Id-1”的癌症有关文献155篇。选择中外文核心期刊中以Id-1在各类癌症发生、发展中的作用和意义为主题的文献作为本综述的主要参考。结果:Id-1蛋白是细胞分化的负性调节因子,具有癌蛋白的属性,通过抑制细胞分化、推进细胞周期进程参与肿瘤的发生与发展。近年的研究显示,Id-1蛋白与人类肿瘤增殖、侵袭和转移等恶性生物学行为密切相关,是影响恶性肿瘤预后的新指标,为肿瘤治疗提供新的作用靶点。结论:有关Id-1蛋白的研究有可能为人类肿瘤的诊断和治疗方法提供新的科学依据,也有利于发展新的抗癌药物作用靶点。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of Id-1 protein in human tumors and its relationship with malignant biological behaviors such as proliferation, invasion and metastasis of human tumors. Methods: A total of 25 318 literatures with “Id-1” and “Cancer” appeared in the entire database of China Knowledge Resources Database from 1979 to 2008. The total database of China Hospital Knowledge Depot from 1994 to 2008 A total of 15 212 articles appeared “Id-1” and “Cancer” in the whole article, and the Western-style biomedical periodical literature database has been searched from 1995 to 2008 with “Id-1” as the free word There were 129 articles in the PubMed database so far containing “Id-1” cancer. The main references in this review are the literature on the role and significance of Id-1 in the development of Chinese and foreign core journals. Results: Id-1 protein is a negative regulator of cell differentiation and possesses the properties of oncoprotein. It can participate in the occurrence and development of tumors by inhibiting cell differentiation and promoting cell cycle progression. Recent studies have shown that Id-1 protein is closely related to malignant biological behaviors such as proliferation, invasion and metastasis of human tumors, which is a new index that affects the prognosis of malignant tumors and provides a new target for tumor therapy. Conclusion: The research on Id-1 protein may provide a new scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of human tumors, and is also conducive to the development of new anti-cancer drug targets.
