盐酸多巴酚丁胺[Dobutamine,盐酸(±)-4-[2-(3-p-羟基苯基-1-甲基丙胺基)乙基]苯-1,2-二酚]是一种合成的儿茶酚胺类药物,为新近开发的加强心肌收缩力的药物,它增强心室的收缩和心输出量,但不增加心率和体循环血压。该药尚未收入英国药典和美国药典,然而名为Dobutrex的注射剂已广泛应用。目前有两种化学测定方法,即三甲基甲硅烷衍生物气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法。本法则是一种简便、快速、灵敏和专一的分光光度法,可用于常规的质量控制。仪器 Zeiss PM 2 DL分光光度计,1cm池。试样盐酸多巴酚丁胺(药用),EliLilly公司产品,作为工作标准。
Dobutamine (±) -4- [2- (3-p-hydroxyphenyl-1-methylpropylamino) ethyl] benzene-1,2-diol] Synthetic catecholamines, a newly developed drug that enhances myocardial contractility, enhances ventricular contractions and cardiac output without increasing heart rate and systemic blood pressure. There are currently two chemical assay methods, namely trimethylsilyl derivative gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.
