对玉米的生理特性和产量性状及外源脱落酸与玉米抗旱性机制的关系作了初步研究。结果表明:水分胁迫,气孔阻力增大,蒸腾减弱,相对含水量下降,新叶伸展缓慢,膜透性也增大,相对电导率增大,在最终的产量形成上,表现为减产。而在土壤干旱情况下外施ABA,能够使相对电导率有所下降,相对含水量增长了6.2%,叶片气孔阻力增加了270.2%,大大降低了蒸腾失水速率,使玉米在干旱情况下减产的幅度降低。
The physiological characteristics, yield traits and the relationship between exogenous ABA and maize drought resistance were studied preliminarily. The results showed that under water stress, stomatal resistance increased, transpiration decreased, relative water content decreased, new leaf stretched slowly, membrane permeability also increased, relative conductivity increased, and the yield was reduced in the final yield formation. In the case of soil drought, ABA application could reduce the relative conductivity, the relative water content increased by 6.2% and the leaf stomatal resistance increased by 270.2%, which greatly reduced the transpiration water loss rate, Diminished yield reduction in drought conditions.
