According to a recent report by Industrial Economic Digest Magazine, small businesses occupy a very important position in the economies of developed countries such as the United States, Japan and Western Europe. There are 14 million small companies in the United States alone. SMEs in Japan, Germany and the United Kingdom reached 7 million, 1.9 million and 1.4 million respectively.
