Today, we hold a theoretical seminar and annual meeting here. We can not forget one person, that is, our old president, Comrade Liu Haifan. This year, this month, he is 80th. I would like to make use of the annual meeting of the Research Society and this platform to review the past with all of you and talk about my understanding of Hoi Fan comrades so as to show my memory of him. Comrade Liu Haifan successively held 18 years as the president of the scientific preparatory committee and the research institute in China.
