医用X线摄影操作室的防护效果直接关系到摄影工作者职业性受照的剂量大小。本文介绍我省112台200mA以上(含200mA)X线机在执行腰椎侧位摄影时,目前常用的五种类型摄影操作室防护效果的调查结果。材料与方法一、摄影操作室的分类:按操作室的防护结构形式可分为五种类型:(1)仅由单块铅屏风(具有0.5mm铅当量,下同)组成。(2)由两块铅屏风围成“(?)”形,接缝处无铅橡皮复盖。(3)由三块铅屏风围成“(?)”形,接缝处多数无铅橡皮复盖。(4)用1.0~2.0mm厚铁板建成长方体式无顶棚的工作室,有同样防护厚度的铁门,高度在1.8~2.0米之间,观察孔为15×15cm~25×25cm不等,且装有0.5mm铅当量的玻璃。(5)用24cm厚砖块砌成约2m高的无顶棚式碉堡,
