目的从免疫学方面探讨汉丹肝乐抗肝纤维化的作用。方法慢性肝炎、早期肝硬化病人41例服用汉丹肝乐 1 6g,每日 3次 ,三个月为一个疗程 ,收集治疗前后静脉血分离血清检测TNF a(肿瘤坏死因子 )、sIL 2R(可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 )、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶 )、SF(血清铁蛋白 )、Ig(免疫球蛋白 )、C3 水平。结果慢性肝炎、早期肝硬化患者血清TNF a、sIL 2R、SF、IgM、IgG、LgA均升高 ,C3、SOD降低。予汉丹肝乐治疗一个疗程后TNF a、sIL 2R、SF、LgM、LgG、LgA降低 ,C3、SOD升高 ,治疗前后对比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论汉丹肝乐能保护肝细胞 ,增强免疫调节功能 ,抑制胶原的产生和沉积 ,从而具有抗肝纤维化的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Handan Gan Le on liver fibrosis in terms of immunology. Methods Forty-one patients with chronic hepatitis and early cirrhosis were treated with Handan Gan Le 15g, 3 times a day for 3 months. The venous blood serum before and after treatment was collected for the detection of TNF a (tumor necrosis factor) and sIL 2R (soluble Interleukin 2 receptor), SOD (superoxide dismutase), SF (serum ferritin), Ig (immunoglobulin), C3 levels. Results Serum TNFa, sIL 2R, SF, IgM, IgG, and LgA levels were elevated in patients with chronic hepatitis and early cirrhosis, and C3 and SOD were decreased. After one course of treatment with Handan Gan Le, TNF a, sIL 2R, SF, LgM, LgG, and LgA were decreased, and C3 and SOD were increased. There was a significant difference before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Handan Ganille can protect liver cells, enhance immune regulation, inhibit the production and deposition of collagen, and thus have the effect of anti-fibrosis.
