The authors studied the effects of DTPA-Zn or DTPA-Ca therapy on the biological effects of inhaled large amounts of 239 Pu in the lungs of rats. The rats were divided into four groups. After inhalation of ~ (239) Pu (NO_3) _4 aerosol (initial deposition of ~ (239) Pu in the lung was 13kBq on average) DTPA-Zn solution aerosol for 30 minutes, and then injected intraperitoneally [25μmol / (kg · times)]
