儿童哮喘有时在发作前有痒的症状。作者等对79例哮喘患儿在住院条件下进行了前瞻性研究。结果表明:有32例(占41%)发现痒的前躯症状。痒的部位常恒定,如颈前或上背部。痒的前躯症状与年龄、性别无关,与任何特殊预防治疗或抗组织胺的使用无关,与湿疹的出现率也无关。痒的前躯症状机理不明,尚不能用过敏状态时的任何生理异常作出满意的解
Children with asthma sometimes have itchy symptoms before the onset. The authors conducted a prospective study of 79 asthmatic children undergoing hospitalization. The results showed that: 32 cases (41%) found itchy forelimb symptoms. Itchy site often constant, such as the neck or upper back. Itchy forelimb symptoms and age, sex has nothing to do with any special preventive treatment or the use of antihistamine has nothing to do with the incidence of eczema. The mechanism of itchy forequarters is unknown, yet satisfactory solutions can not be made with any physiological abnormalities in the hypersensitive state
