目的 :总结探讨CT导向胸部穿刺活检的方法及技术要点 ,包括病材选择、定位方法、穿刺针选择、取材方法等有关问题。方法 :回顾分析 2 0 0例资料完整的病例 ,男 15 6例 ,女 44例。对穿刺活检相关因素进行分析。结果 :胸部穿刺活检穿中率为 10 0 % ,肺部、纵隔及胸膜胸壁病变活检正确率均 80 % ,并发症发生率为7 5 %。结论 :该技术安全可靠 ,并发症少 ,诊断正确率高 ,查得到明确的病理诊断 ,为临床制定治疗方案提供依据 ,具有很大的意义。为提高穿刺正确率 ,着重应提高穿刺技术。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and discuss the methods and technical points of CT guided chest biopsy, including the selection of disease materials, the method of positioning, the selection of puncture needle and the methods of taking samples. Methods: A total of 200 cases with complete data were retrospectively analyzed, including 15 6 males and 44 females. The biopsy-related factors were analyzed. Results: The biopsy rate of chest biopsy was 100%. The biopsy accuracy of lung, mediastinal and pleural chest wall lesions were 80% and the complication rate was 75%. Conclusion: This technique is safe and reliable, with fewer complications, high diagnostic accuracy, and a clear pathological diagnosis can be obtained. It is of great significance to provide a basis for clinical treatment planning. In order to improve puncture accuracy, emphasis should be raised puncture technique.
