本文总结我院1974年5月至1976年7月经手术及病理等证实的51例脑γ—闪烁照像的结果。γ—闪烁照像方法:先口服过氯酸钾200～300毫克,以封闭脉络丛和甲状腺,1小时后静脉注射(或口服)~(99m)TcO_4~-5～10毫居里/2～20毫升,在0.5～1.0小时后常规颅脑前后位,左侧位及右侧位γ—闪烁照像,必要时增加后前位,后角位或顶位照像,可疑病例及临床怀疑良性肿瘤而0.5～1.0小时照像阴性者,延迟至2～4小时再次
This article summarizes our hospital from May 1974 to July 1976 confirmed by surgery and pathology 51 cases of brain γ-scintigraphy results. γ-scintigraphy: first oral potassium perchlorate 200 to 300 mg, to close the choroid plexus and thyroid, 1 hour after intravenous (or oral) ~ (99m) TcO_4 ~ -5 ~ 10 millicuries / 2 ~ 20 ml , 0.5 ~ 1.0 hours after conventional brain anterior and posterior position, left and right side of γ-scintigraphy, if necessary, increase the anterior, posterior or top of the camera, suspicious cases and clinically suspected benign tumors and 0.5 ~ 1.0 hours photographic negative, delayed to 2 to 4 hours again
