日前,住房城乡建设部安全生产管理委员会办公室发布《预防建筑施工起重机械脚手架等坍塌事故专项整治工作方案》(以下简称《方案》),决定自本月起分4个阶段在全国继续深入开展预防建筑施工起重机械、脚手架和模板支撑系统等坍塌事故专项整治工作,进一步落实企业的安全生产主体责任,及时消除施工现场存在的安全隐患,有效防范和遏制建筑起重机械、脚手架和模板支撑系统等坍塌事故。《方案》提出,此次将对房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程进行整治,内容包括相关单位安全生产责任落实情况、相关人员持证上岗情况等7个方面。
