在堤坝下方进行顶管施工会导致上部土层扰动,有可能引起堤坝沉陷。采用探地雷达法对顶管施工过程中顶管上部堤坝和顶管内壁均进行了无损检测。探测结果表明,地表以下5~10m的深度范围内存在不均匀结构;管道和原地层之间密实性不好,有一定的间隙存在。结合地质情况来分析,下陷原因主要是在施工过程中开挖面附近形成局部地下水位下降,力的平衡被暂时破坏而引起,与顶管施工关系不大。该工程的检测和分析方法可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Pipe jacking under the embankment will cause disturbances in the upper soil and may cause the embankment to sink. Ground penetrating radar method was adopted to test nondestructive testing of the top pipe embankment and the inner wall of pipe jacking during pipe jacking. The results show that there is an uneven structure in the depth range of 5 ~ 10m below the earth’s surface; the tightness between the pipeline and the original formation is not good and there is a certain gap. According to the geological conditions, the causes of subsidence are mainly caused by the drop of local groundwater level near the excavation face during the construction process and the balance of forces being temporarily destroyed, which has little to do with the pipe jacking construction. The project’s detection and analysis methods can provide reference for similar projects.
