利用Ansys软件,对液力耦合器的涡轮进行有限元分析,分析其在液体离心力作用下,液体对涡轮的作用力情况,计算得出其最大应力远小于许用应力,为涡轮的设计提供了参考。
Using Ansys software, the finite element analysis of the turbine of the hydrodynamic coupling was carried out. The force acting on the turbine under liquid centrifugal force was analyzed. The calculated maximum stress was far less than the allowable stress, which provided the design of the turbine reference.
