患者为男性,19岁。14岁患广泛性牙周炎,牙齿松动,有的已脱落。检查:发育中等,短头型颅,三角型面。下颌稍后缩,口前庭较小。64缺失,龈明显充血并发绀,牙周组织萎缩,下前牙牙根裸露最明显,绝大多数牙釉质有脱矿灶,牙周袋深2～5mm,有少量渗出物,牙齿松动Ⅰ～Ⅲ度。X线检查见牙槽突垂直吸收,骨质疏松。皮肤薄嫩柔软,显现出血管纹理(下肢明显),颊部和颈部皮肤弹性过大。各关节松弛,活动过度。扁平
