以某轿车等速万向传动中间旋锻轴为对象,试验研究了毛坯强度、硬度等力学特性对最大旋锻力、旋锻产品的静强度和疲劳强度影响的变化规律。结果表明,随毛坯材料的屈服强度、断裂强度或表面硬度的增加,最大旋锻力增加;等速万向传动轴总成中,中间旋锻轴零件的静强度最低,旋锻轴静强度断裂需要考虑等速万向传动轴大弯角下的二次弯矩;旋锻轴毛坯的硬度和强度越低,越容易旋锻成形,热处理强化后疲劳寿命也越长。
The change rule of the maximum swirling force and the static strength and the fatigue strength of swirling and forging products are tested and studied with the mechanical and mechanical properties of a car constant velocity universal transmission swivel and forging shaft.
