名不正言不顺，言不顺则事不成。名伺概念是表达思想观念的，而思想观念是对客观世界及其规律的能动反映。国有经济效益低下，亏损严重，是国际社会的普遍现象，中国也不例外。与此相应，非公有制经济风景这边独好，不仅在五千年灿烂中华文明留下浓重的一笔，而在近二、三十年在国民经济的比重节节攀升。然而，时下有关非公有制经济的纷繁指称，表明我们对客观经济规律尊重得还不够，我们的观念还没有彻底转变。党的“十五大”指出，非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。只有这样认识并尊重客观规律，国有经济才能焕发生机，我们的事业才能兴旺发达。

Only through this understanding and respect for objective laws will the state-owned economy be revitalized and our cause will thrive.
