对鞍钢钢材定尺状况做了系统调查，介绍了调查到的钢材定尺情况和钢材包装质量情况及钢材包装标志情况；针对存在的问题，提出了具体整改措施。
Systematic investigation was made on the condition of the steel bar in Anshan Iron and Steel Company. The situation of the steel rationing, the quality of the steel package and the sign of the steel packaging were introduced. Specific rectification measures were put forward according to the existing problems.
