生产性服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,指直接或间接为工业生产过程提供中间服务的服务性产业,是“微笑曲线”价值链的高端环节,具有专业性强、产业融合度高、带动效应强等特点。近年来,国家高度重视生产性服务业发展,从中央到地方出台了一系列政策来促进生产性服业加快发展。对此,粤东西北地区必须紧抓机遇,加快发展生产性服务业。本文以广东省阳江市为例,分析欠发达地区生产性服务业发展的掣肘及产生原因,并提出相应的政策建议。
Producer service industry is an important part of the modern service industry. It refers to the service industry that provides intermediate services directly or indirectly to the industrial production process. It is the high-end link of the “smile curve” value chain, which is characterized by high professionalism, industrial convergence High, driven effect and other characteristics. In recent years, the state has attached great importance to the development of producer services and has issued a series of policies from the central government to local governments to promote the accelerated development of producer services. In response, eastern Guangdong and Northwest China must seize the opportunity to speed up the development of producer services. This article takes Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province as an example to analyze the constraints and causes of the development of producer services in underdeveloped areas and to put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
