患者,男,30岁。因“左侧腰部间歇性疼痛10d”于2013年5月入院。既往无手术及药物史,无高脂血症病史,无吸烟史。体格检查无阳性体征。实验室检查:尿潜血++,WBC-;血常规、肝肾功能、电解质各值均在正常值范围内。B超检查:左肾集合系统分离1.2cm,左侧输尿管上段扩张约0.7cm,提示:左肾积水,左侧输尿管梗阻。泌尿系CT平扫检查示左侧输尿管口膀胱入口处结石,约0.6cm×0.5cm,膀胱左侧壁可见类圆形低密度影
Patient, male, 30 years old. Due to “left lumbar intermittent pain 10d ” was admitted in May 2013. No past history of surgery and drugs, no history of hyperlipidemia, no history of smoking. Physical examination no positive signs. Laboratory tests: urine occult blood ++, WBC-; blood, liver and kidney function, electrolyte values ?? are in the normal range. B-ultrasound: left renal collecting system separation 1.2cm, left upper ureteral expansion of about 0.7cm, suggesting: left hydronephrosis, left ureteral obstruction. Urinary CT scan showed the entrance of the left ureter at the entrance to the stone, about 0.6cm × 0.5cm, the left side of the bladder can be seen around the circular low density
