患者男性,26岁,农民,因少眠、呆滞,乱语、行为紊乱25天于1985年3月13日住入本院。诊断:“精神分裂样精神病”。查躯体情况佳,接受氯氮平治疗100～350mg/d一周后出现胸闷、心悸等症状,心电图示“S-T”段及T波改变,予能量、丹参等治疗1月后来见好转。4月1日起氯氮平减至100mg/d,加用氯丙嗪150mg/d,鉴于病人精神症状消失,内省力恢复,于4月16日停用氯氮平,予氯丙嗪200mg/d取代治疗,当晚。患者出现焦虑不安、不眠,
