日前,山东省政府研究通过了《关于运用财政政策措施进一步推动全省经济转方式调结构稳增长的意见》,确定在全面落实好年初确定的各项政策的基础上,补充出台20条财政政策措施,省级今年将新安排投入100多亿元,预计可带动市县政府、银行信贷和其他社会资金投入3000亿元左右,对推动全省经济转方式调结构稳增长将起到积极的促进作用。据山东省财政厅厅长于国安介绍,制定实施这些政策措施,是山东省委省政府针对当前经济运行面临的新情况
