今年2月在成都举行的四川省1981年特大洪灾科学总结会议,是一次别开生面的会议。这次会议从1981年8月份开始酝酿、准备到正式召开,历时半年,就其讨论的内容、参加会议的人员和发动的程度而言,无论在省内,或者在国内,都算是一次隆重的,别开生面的尝试。许多代表认为,这次会议在我省历史上是首创,是中共四川省委和省人民政府工作方法的根本转变,充分体现了党和政府对人民的高度负责的精神。
The 1981 extraordinary flood science wrap-up meeting in Sichuan Province held in Chengdu in February this year was a special meeting.
