采用THERMECMASTOR-Z热加工模拟试验机和金相、硬度检测方法,对胎圈钢丝用线材连续冷却转变过程中组织与力学性能变化的规律和特征进行研究,建立连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明:当冷却速度在10~20℃/s时,线材的索氏体组织超过90%。根据试验结果制定合适的控制冷却工艺,生产的SWRH82A盘条珠光体片间距为0.10~0.15μm,索氏体组织约占95%,具有良好的抗拉强度和塑性。
Using THERMECMASTOR-Z thermal processing simulation testing machine and metallographic and hardness testing methods, the regularities and characteristics of the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties during the continuous cooling transformation of the wire rod for the bead wire were studied, and the continuous cooling transformation curve was established. The results show that when the cooling rate is 10 ~ 20 ℃ / s, the sorbite structure of the wire is more than 90%. According to the test results to develop a suitable control of the cooling process, the production of SWRH82A wire rod pearlite spacing of 0.10 ~ 0.15μm, sorbite tissue accounts for about 95%, has good tensile strength and plasticity.
