为了科学分析上半年国民经济运行情况,准确把握经济走势,7月5日,全国部分地区上半年经济形势座谈会在杭州召开,国家统计局局长马建堂、副局长谢鸿光、许宪春出席会议。会议认真分析了上半年国民经济运行的总体形势和基本特点,当前国民经济运行中出现的新情况、新问题,着重就影响经济平稳运行的主要因素、是否存在经济增速过度下滑的风险、当前价格形势及全年走势、企业生产经营环境、中小企业发展情况、部分地区严重电荒对工业生产的影响、房地产调控政策效果、如何更有效地扩大内需特别是促进消费增长、进出口形势、就业形势、城乡居民收入变化情况及走势等做了深入分析,并对全年国民经济发展的总体走势做了展望分析。
