本研究采用培养的人胎儿胰岛组织移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病患者18例,其中脑内移植者10例,腹腔内移植者8例。脑内胰岛移植组显效者7例,已完全撤离胰岛素治疗达2～13个月;有效者2例,每日胰岛素剂量较前减少37～64％,病情控制良好;无效者1例。腹腔内胰岛移植组有效者6例,其中4例均在2～5个月内复发,无效者2例。本研究结果表明,脑内胰岛移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病,临床效果满意,移植物在患者的脑内成活,并具有良好的内分泌功能。
In this study, cultured human fetal islet tissue transplantation in 18 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, including 10 cases of intracranial transplants, abdominal transplants in 8 cases. Intracerebroventricular islet transplantation group was significantly improved in 7 cases, has been completely withdrawn insulin therapy for 2 to 13 months; effective in 2 cases, daily insulin dose decreased 37 ~ 64%, the disease was well controlled; 1 invalid. Intraperitoneal islet transplantation group, 6 cases were effective, 4 cases of which were recur within 2 to 5 months, 2 cases were ineffective. The results of this study show that intracerebral islet transplantation for the treatment of type 1 diabetes has satisfactory clinical effect. The graft survived in the patient’s brain and has good endocrine function.
