本文报道ＣＥＡ高表达人肺腺癌裸鼠移植瘤的长期观察结果。４年多来该移植瘤已传６８代，共移值２６５只裸鼠，移植成活率１００％。经长期观察，该移植瘤形态学特点和分泌功能无改变，未见侵润、转移和消退现象，高分泌ＣＥＡ的生物学特性一直稳定，阿辛蓝／ＰＡＳ证实有大量酸性粘液分泌；用Ｄｉｇ－Ａｌｕ基因探针原位杂交，证实系人Ａｌｕ系列，血清中ＣＥＡ含量高达１４７±１５ｎｇ／ｍｌ。
This article reports the long-term observation results of high expression of CEA in human lung adenocarcinoma xenografts in nude mice. For more than four years, the transplanted tumor has been transmitted for 68 generations. A total of 265 nude mice have been transplanted, and the transplant survival rate has reached 100%. After long-term observation, the morphological features and secretory function of the transplanted tumor were unchanged, and no invasion, metastasis, and regression was observed. The biological characteristics of high-secretion CEA were stable, and Alcian Blue/PAS demonstrated a large amount of acidic mucus secretion; -In situ hybridization of the Alu gene probe confirms that the human Alu series has a serum CEA level as high as 147 ± 15 ng/ml.
