晚期肝癌在临床上治疗是比较困难的,且已失去外科手术治疗的机会。我院自1992年11月～1996年4月对26例原发性晚期肝癌病人施行了39次经皮肝动脉灌注尝试化疗和栓塞治疗或单纯灌注化疗,获得一定的效果。现报告如下。
Advanced liver cancer treatment in the clinic is more difficult, and has lost the opportunity for surgical treatment. In our hospital from November 1992 to April 1996, 39 cases of primary advanced liver cancer patients were treated with percutaneous hepatic artery perfusion chemotherapy and embolization or perfusion chemotherapy.
