分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)已成为常见恶性肿瘤之一,笔者就DTC的诊治现状及后指南时代的展望作一综述.对DTC的诊治现状从术前诊断,手术方式,131I治疗,促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗等方面总结；后指南时代展望则从术前诊断的准确性,手术指征和范围,辅助治疗的依据,术后随访监测等方面分析.
