豚鼠由于其食道较长(约8cm左右)且弯曲,故实验时常给胃部投药带来一定困难。以往,豚鼠灌胃常采用大鼠灌胃器或导尿管进行,此两法容易损伤动物食道或压迫气管造成动物窒息。鉴此,我们在实验中根据豚鼠的解剖特点,建立了一种灌胃投药方法,实践证明,该方法较为理想,现介绍如下: 一、材料: 1、带盖木盒一只(17×10×9cm)。木盒两端上口分别留有直径为2cm和3cm的缺口,作动物头部暴露于盒外的通道。
