人工智能问题近来在科学与技术的各个不同领域有了广泛的普及。它不仅吸引着工程师和控制论专家的注意,而且吸引着哲学家、语言学家、逻辑学家、心理学家、社会学家和经济学家的注意。关于这一问题的著作,不仅在专门的学术文献中,而且在哲学文献中,经常地出现。但是,这方面除了严肃的科学著作外,也有不少思辨的和表面的议论。通常,后者是建立在不够理解这一科学进展的实际问题的基础上。这些议论主要归结为“人工智能”术语的使用。
The issue of artificial intelligence has recently gained widespread popularity in various areas of science and technology. Not only does it attract the attention of engineers and cybernetics experts, it attracts the attention of philosophers, linguists, logicians, psychologists, sociologists and economists. The writings on this subject occur frequently not only in specialized academic literature but also in philosophical literature. However, besides serious scientific works, there are many speculative and superficial arguments. Usually, the latter is based on the practical problems of not understanding the progress of science. These arguments mainly come down to the use of “artificial intelligence” terms.
