电磁兼容标准体系分为基础标准、通用标准和产品类标准三个纵向层次构成,每个层次包含两个方面的标准:骚扰发射和骚扰抗扰度。通用标准按产品的使用环境将产品标准分为A类和B类。产品类标准是基于基础标准和通用标准上的更简明的技术文件。层次越低,规定越详细、明确、操作性越强;反之,标准的包容性越强,适用性越广。系统间电磁兼容标准则属于不同系统间的纵向联系。
