本文通过分析蒙城县城区防洪工程存在的问题,结合城区远期规划的防洪要求,提出一些具体工程措施和非工程措施,对类似工程有借鉴作用。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the flood control project in the urban area of Mengcheng County and the flood control requirements of the long-term urban planning, this paper presents some concrete and non-engineering measures, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
