本文观察慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉经鼻内窥镜手术的临床疗效,对70例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行内窥镜鼻窦鼻息肉手术,术后随访6个月,结果治愈61.4%,好转27.1%,无效11.4%,总有效率88.5%。认为慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉经鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗有良好的疗效。
This article observes the clinical curative effect of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps by endoscopic sinus surgery. We performed endoscopic sinus surgery on 70 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. After 6 months of follow-up, the results were 61.4% cured and 27.1% Invalid 11.4%, the total effective rate of 88.5%. That chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps by endoscopic sinus surgery has a good effect.
