我公司是一个综合性的、国家一级工业设备安装企业,现有职工2072人。1989年是治理整顿的头一年。新年伊始,我公司就遇到了三大困难:一是施工任务严重不足,绝大部分职工队伍处于窝工半窝工状态;二是企业资金严重不足;三是职工的收入水平下降。为此,一些职工思想上产生了三个疑虑:对国家的命运存有疑虑,对企业的出路存有疑虑,对自己的前途存有疑虑。为了解除职工的疑虑,我们从抓好基本国情、基本路线教育入手,帮助职工树立冲出困境
Our company is a comprehensive, state-level industrial equipment installation company, the existing staff of 2072 people. The year 1989 was the first year of rectification. At the beginning of the new year, our company encountered three major difficulties: First, a serious lack of construction tasks, the vast majority of workers in the nest working half nest state; Second, a serious shortage of corporate funds; Third, workers’ income levels decline. To this end, some workers have three ideological worries: doubts about the fate of the country, doubts about the way out for the enterprise, and doubts about their own future. In order to relieve the employees’ worries, we should start from doing a good job of basic national conditions and basic line education to help employees set themselves out of difficulties
