速眠新是一种新型的动物复合麻醉制剂,目前广泛应用于动物临床,人速眠新中毒在临床比较少见。我院急诊于2011-11救治一例速眠新中毒患者,现报道如下。患者,女,33岁。因“发热3d,抽搐伴意识障碍1h”入院。2d前在当地医院诊为急性支气管炎,予以抗炎、补液治疗,今日输液过程中出现四肢抽搐、意识不清,由120转至我院急诊。入院时患者意识不清,头颈、四肢抽动,呼吸减弱,喉中痰鸣。体格检查:T 37.8℃,P 115次/min,R 14次/min,BP 100/55mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),氧饱和度89%。浅昏迷状态,双瞳孔等大等圆,直径1.5mm,光反射存在,口唇发绀。双肺可闻及湿性啰音。心率115次/min,律齐。腹肌略紧张,肠鸣音5
