目的:改进工作场所空气中硼的测定方法。方法:用装有0.2 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液的多孔玻板吸收管采集工作场所空气中三氟化硼,分解为硼酸,在pH 5.6~5.8的乙酸铵-乙酸介质中,以甲亚胺-H分光光度法于414 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果:方法检出限为0.08 mg/m3。精密度(RSD)为1.64%~4.54%,加标回收率为94.8%~108.2%。方法简便、快速,灵敏度较高,显色产物稳定,不使用有毒试剂。结论:方法符合工作场所空气测定要求,测定空气样品获得比较满意的结果。
Objective: To improve the determination of boron in the air of the workplace. METHODS: Boron trifluoride (BF3) in the air of the workplace was collected by a porous glass absorption tube containing 0.2 mol / L sodium hydroxide solution and decomposed into boric acid. In the ammonium acetate-acetic acid solution at pH 5.6-5.8, -H spectrophotometric determination of absorbance at 414 nm wavelength. Results: The detection limit was 0.08 mg / m3. The precision (RSD) was 1.64% ~ 4.54%, the recoveries were 94.8% ~ 108.2%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and stable, without toxic reagents. Conclusion: The method meets the requirements of air measurement in the workplace and obtains satisfactory results for air samples.
