解决好群体数量十分庞大的农民工的住房问题,是影响我国城市化持续健康发展的关键之一。本文以需求弹性理论为基础,基于三权抵押贷款制度带来的农民收入增加的角度,采用定量研究的方法,利用2008~2014年间我国东、中、西部3大区域的农民工住房消费支出和收入的时间序列数据,对三权抵押贷款对农民工住房需求的影响进行探讨,结果显示:三权抵押贷款对农民工住房需求具有促进作用,其促进作用受到房价水平的负向调节。
Solving the housing problem of a very large number of peasant workers is one of the keys to the sustainable and healthy development of China’s urbanization. Based on the theory of demand elasticity and based on the increase of peasants’ income brought by the three-right mortgage loan system, this paper uses the method of quantitative research to make use of the housing expenditures of peasant workers in three regions of eastern, central and western China during 2008-2014 and Income of time series data on the impact of the three rights mortgage loans on the housing needs of migrant workers to explore the results show that: the three rights mortgage loans to promote the housing needs of migrant workers, and its role in promoting the price level by the negative regulation.
