《管理学基础》作为医学高等专科学校医学管理类专业基础课程,在通常教学中,囿于学生学习能力及教师单一的教学方法,教学质量和教学效果都亟待提升。案例教学法、情景教学法、故事吸引法和讨论法等教学方法的有效运用,可以有效提高民族医专《管理学基础》课程的教学质量和教学效果。
As the basic course of medical management major of medical college, “basic management science” is urgently needed to improve teaching quality and teaching effect in usual teaching due to students ’learning abilities and teachers’ single teaching methods. The effective use of teaching methods such as case teaching method, scenario teaching method, story attraction method and discussion method can effectively improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of the course of “Basic Management in Management” of National Medical College.
