患者女,30岁。发现右肩部肿块3年,迅速增大1个月。体检:右肩部可触及6 cm×5 cm大小肿块,局部压痛不明显,边界较清,质地软,右上肢感觉、运动正常。MRI检查:肿瘤位于右肩部肌肉间隙内,呈类梭形,大小约5.9 cm×4.8cm×4.3 cm,沿肌肉间隙生长,边缘清晰,推压周围组织。T1WI为等高信号(图1),T2WI脂肪抑制序列呈高信号,肿瘤实质和周边可见粗大迂曲的流空信号或条状低信号穿行
