Al-Cu合金中析出相有3种变体,以前的研究大都假设在外力作用下析出相平行或垂直于外加应力方向,而实际析出相与外力可能存在一定的角度,因此建立了一个新的模型,将析出相与力的夹角考虑在内,通过此模型能便捷地判断出析出相是否存在应力位向效应。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描透射电镜(STEM)对Al-4Cu合金在外力作用下时效后的析出相进行分析。结果表明,析出相GP区和θ″相存在应力位向效应。采用所建的模型分析合金中析出相在外力作用下的应力位向效应,此模型可简捷方便地判断合金中析出相在外力作用下的析出行为。
