一、兴隆致富的哲理河北省有个兴隆县,地处长城脚下,燕山腹地,往前推300年,清皇朝在遵化县马兰峪建造“皇东陵”的时候,兴隆一带山区被划为“后龙风水禁地”,人不得出入,牛羊不得放牧,这里成了一片大原始森林。1915年以后,随着清政府的倒台,“禁地”开禁,于是军阀、土豪、商贾纷纷前来砍伐木材,兴隆成了旺盛的木材市场。后经抗日战争和解放战争,到解放的时候,这里的山已变成光秃秃,黄乎乎的。解放以后,由于我们在工作中没能从实际出发,长期受“左”的影响,使生态环境遭到进一步的破坏。在“开荒—一种田,种田——毁山”的恶性循环
