国内最大的中外合资石化项目—80万t/a乙烯的广东南海石化项目,于1998年2月16日在中荷两国政府首脑的主持下,合资各方签订了合作框架协议。该协议的签订,标志着南海石化项目将进入实施阶段,拉开了建设的序幕。 本刊编辑部近日走访了广东省重化工业厅何钦生副厅长,就读者关心的几个问题进行采访,并加以整理发表,以飨读者。
The largest Sino-foreign joint venture petrochemical project—800,000 t/a ethylene, Guangdong Nanhai Petrochemical Project, was signed on February 16, 1998 under the auspices of heads of government of China and the Netherlands and the parties to the joint venture signed a cooperation framework agreement. The signing of the agreement signifies that the Nanhai petrochemical project will enter the implementation stage and kick off the construction. The editorial department of the journal recently visited the deputy director of the Provincial Department of Heavy Industry, He Qinsheng, to conduct interviews on several issues that readers are concerned with, and to organize and publish them for readers.
