重型机器制造厂的机械加工零件的尺寸越来越大,重量也越来越重,精度也越来越高。例如:轧钢机机架每片重达300多吨;水压机的最大件达300吨以上。这些大型零件的加工工作量大、生产周期长,加工中采用的刀具占有一定的地位。当前,对于重型机械大件加工方面所采用的刀具,我国已经发展到有一定的水平,并积累了一些生产实践经验。目前在国内几个重型机器厂加工轧机机架或水压机的大件中,各厂条件不同,也与日本、西德、英国、美国等国家不同。为此,把一些加工采用的刀具介绍如下:
