(一)管状气阀挺杆的制造提出一种新的冷挤压方法。在四级冷压机上制造管状气阀挺杆。第一级对切好的毛坯整径,第二级逆向挤压,第三级冲孔和第四级倒角。之后零件进行退火、润滑和在单动式冷镦机上直接冷挤压。然后在卧式压力机上将零件直接冷挤压到最后尺寸。毛坯直径16毫米,长22毫米。用四级挤压机制成后的零件长度为25毫米,孔径为6.4毫米。在冷镦机上直接冷挤压后零件长度为64毫米。结果,中间零件用直接挤压法达到177毫米的最后尺寸。最后工序是镦制管的凸缘。
