材料利用率的提升是每个企业的研究重点,新技术被要求更多地应用于此项研究中。翼子板作为汽车的主要外覆盖件,对保护前舱和遮盖车轮防尘有重要的作用。此外,翼子板受到侧面碰撞的概率较高,是汽车更换频次较高的备件之一,因此控制其生产成本和材料成本对企业具有较大的意义。当前畅销的某微车重新开发翼子板模具,对翼子板工艺进行优化,实现梯形料生产,提高了生产效率和降低了材料成本。
The improvement of material utilization is the focus of each enterprise research and new technologies are required to be more used in this study.
